Man I missed these. There is nothing better than putting on the running shoes and going for a run. Especially when the last run was a month ago. It feels so nice to break the spell. Next one might be in a month or less or more, but that is not the point today. Today, the point is that it doesn't matter when the next or past one was, it matters that this one happened today. I'm still sweating, not from the run, but from the heat.
The run drenched me. It was rather wonderful. Haven't sweat a smiley face in a while. And then the smiley face also got drenched, and covered. Was able to do most of the run with my mouth closed through the nose. So the nasal cavity feels amazing. Can breath, and it's kinda funny cause I have a slightly deviated septum, but the body figures out a way anyway. Can't imagine a life without running.
There was a book called born to run, who knows how much of that book was based on science, and more on a anecdotal evidence, but man was it a good read, and I'm sure it helped get people into running; despite us being born to run you know, seems sometimes you have to run.
Who knows the effects it has honestly. Was able to do a little over a mile. Maybe 1.25 give or take. Who cares, the days seems to be getting in better shape now a days. I'm actually starting to see the point of nothing. It's pretty bland and full of nothing. But man, that run felt good.
Guess I'll have to go for another here or there. My legs use to get shaky when I ran and would hit a heavy thought, but it seems even gotten better at weighing the probability and enjoying it; as Franky once said "The best is yet to come"
