Not only did they not even feel the need to actually email me and tell me my account was suspended. But once I got into their support after wondering for a day what was happening with my email, they reply saying its another teams issue as if it's not urgent, right after they charged me.
I have a ton of domains with them, and not a single one of them can now deliver email. I've already started on some of the larger sites to get email working, since even to set up AWS for example you have to wait for a verification period that can take up to 24 hours and some sites send out too many emails a day to keep waiting days. Having to learn about email like this almost instantly is insane, but seems I got it inboxing in Gmail by setting up my own DMARC and DKIM records.
But how shameful of mailgun to suspend all email deliverability for an account, still charge and say nothing especially as something as crucial as email
